We confirm your appointment in email with all necessary details and useful informations.

Cancellation and modification

If for any reason you do not present yourself on time and in a state that the visit can be performed, your appointment will be cancelled, and we will not be able to give you a refund. In certain cases we may need to move your appointment. In these cases we will notify you as soon as the need for rescheduling arises, and offer you alternative times.
